Everything You Need To Know For Drive-In Movie Night

Safety: Everyone must stay in their vehicle, except to use the restrooms. People in trucks can sit in the truck bed. No seating on the ground or on lawn chairs on the ground.

Pack the snacks – You can purchase popcorn for $5 with your ticket, but no food or beverages will be sold at the drive-in.

Grab the bug repellant.

Bring a flashlight – Your iPhone will do, if you have to use the restroom.

Windex, paper towels & trash bag – You don’t want bug guts getting in the way of a crystal clear view.

Get comfy – Bring blankets, pillows, sleeping bags.

Portable radio – If you don’t want to use your car’s battery.

Have the littles wear pajamas – Makes it easier to transfer from party time to bedtime.

Grab some take-out from Johnny’s before the movie. Johnny’s Restaurant & Bar is located in the historic Mount View Hotel in downtown Calistoga. It’s the perfect place to enjoy good times with friends & family and home of the best happy hour in town.

Keep your foot off the brake to avoid annoying people behind you with your brake lights

Get there early. No one wants to be the guy driving in with headlights blazing once the movie has started.

If you are using your car radio to hear the movie, make sure the key is turned to ACC position and not all the way to on.
